	At this Bond Market Association site, you can search its archives of articles and other documents for bond subjects of interest.  A search on “accounting issues” found 44 publications with that phase in the publication.  At least a couple of these publications deal with changing accounting issues related to the complexities of bonds.  Links from the site will take you to information on bond yields and other relevant information.
